Meet Monica

Monica Shafer is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Baldwin, Wisconsin. Her degree is in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. She has experience in working with youth and adolescents, as well as adults. Her primary interest is in Perinatal Mental Health and she was trained by Postpartum International, in perinatal mood disorders and advanced perinatal mental health psychotherapy. Monica also works with adolescents, young adults and adults on a variety of challenges they may be experiencing, including high-performing anxiety, perfectionism, grief and loss, and trauma, particularly those tying back to attachment.
